CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDINGS IN NEPTUNE MARINE OIL & GAS LIMITED (“NMOG”)

Jasper Investments Limited (“JIL”) announced that it had on 4 March 2010, subscribed for 58,425,255 new preferential shares in the company.

With the new shares, JIL now holds in aggregate 66,771,720 shares in NMOG, representing 91.31% of the total issued share capital.
